
Summer is for grilling! Why stand over a hot stove when you could hang out on your deck?
This meal was delicious:
Grilled shrimp – brushed with oil and sprinkled with salt, pepper, and black lime seasoning. Squeeze tons of lemon or lime on top once they’re done.
Grilled asparagus – we tried a new sauce for the grilled asparagus, it was a caper mayonnaise from the cookbook Plenty by Yotam Ottolenghi.
Corn salad – grilled corn with diced tomatoes, jalapeño, and red onion. A little salt, pepper, and lime juice is plenty of seasoning.
So light and fresh!
